Fuji Per Pound

A modern variety; Developed in Japan in the 1940s and released in 1962, this cross between a Red Delicious and Ralls Janet obtain it’s pretty pink flush from the two.

Crisp and juicy, white flesh that snaps cleanly, Fuji are sweet and refreshing especially when lightly chilled. Great for juicing and freezing!
