Somerfeld Fuji Per Pound

Discovered as a chance seedling in a Fuji and Royal Gala orchard in California’s Central Valley, Sommerfeld is a pretty yellow-green apple with a striped reddish blush and sweet, crisp, and juicy flesh. In season from August; stores well into the Winter months. Great for both baking and raw recipes.
